We are getting close to our Myrtle Beach trip in two weeks - April 27th. I just want to re-confirm the arrangements as outlined below and check on a few details here.

1)      14 of the 16 of us will be getting in on various flights on Thursday April 26th. These flights are all over the board and too many to organize so we will just be on our own to get to our hotel on April 26th So we’ll just need the 14 golfers staying at The Caribbean that night to be picked up at the hotel at 11 am on Friday April 27th. We will figure out the remaining two people flying in on the 27th separately.

2)      How will we handle payment for this? Do you take credit cards or does it need to be cash? Do we pay each day each van separately or can we “run a tab” so to speak. We are pretty flexible but just want to be prepared.

3)      What kind of contact information (i.e. names and cell numbers) do I need to get to contact the drivers and do you have any type of “emergency number” or something just in case we can’t get in touch with the drivers? Will you just have them ready to meet us at the Caribbean the first day?

4)      I want to give you several of our names and numbers just so you can have them if you need to get in touch with us for any reason:

I just spoke with you and here is our “base” itinerary If you could please just price this that would be great. A couple of other questions/things to consider: most of us will be flying in on Thursday afternoon April 26th. This is not part of what I have listed below so don’t worry about separate pricing for that now. As we get closer to the date if I find that there will be a decent size group coming in at the same time then I will give you a call and maybe set up another “trip” from the airport to the hotel (same situation on Friday morning) but as I said don’t worry about that now.

Also, if you could just give me an idea as to how much it would cost to for example stop somewhere on the way from the course to the hotel for dinner for an hour or so just to get an idea. As we discussed, many nights we may want to go back to hotel first and shower and then go out but wanted to know how much it would cost to bypass that and just stop at a restaurant for an hour or so on way home

I like the fact that you will be using two different large vans that way if one van full wants to go back to hotel and other wants to stop for dinner that shouldn’t be a problem - correct?

Here is base itinerary:

Friday April 27 - pick up 13 golfers at the Caribbean hotel 3000N ocean blvd. mid morning (approx 11 am) and take to the Witch golf course.
Pick up 16 golfers from The Witch golf course at approx. 6:30 pm and take back to the Caribbean

Saturday April 28 - pick up 16 golfers from the Caribbean at approx. 7 am and drive to Glen Dornoch golf course
Pick up 16 golfers from Glen Dornoch at approx. 6:30 pm and drive back to Caribbean

We are planning on playing 36 holes this day at the same course. Chance that may not be possible and we would need to be picked up around 1 pm to go to another course but for now just assume we just get picked up at 6:30 or so and go to hotel or restaurant.

Sunday April 29 - Pick up 16 golfers from the Caribbean at approx 11 am and drive to TPC golf course.
Pick up 16 golfers from TPC at approx. 5:30 and drive back to Caribbean

Monday April 30 - Pick up 16 golfers from Caribbean at approx 7 am and drive to Barefoot Landing golf courses
Pick up 16 golfers from Barefoot Landing at approx. 6:30 pm and drive to Caribbean
